A little cloudy, no rain.....it's a BIKE day!Rick and I went out for the first time to train together. We went on the trail with the ducks that I wrote about earlier and rode for about about an hour. I just kept looking over at Rick on the bike and couldn't believe we were riding together.
It was REALLY fun!!!!
We even stopped to take a few dorky pictures because it's not often we get to ride together.
After our ride, I was finished, but Rick still had to run for 35 minutes. He put on his new tennis shoes (because he can run faster and jump higher now!) and ran into the sunset.........ok, not really - it was more like running "into the clouds".
