It's WOOOO HOOO because I finally did the first DVD.
I'm not sure what took me so long to finally get going...well, maybe it's that I've started this before and I know what's coming.
I'm not sore yet, but I KNOW I will be. The first DVD was more difficult this time around because I've not ridden my bike in over a month, so my arms have not had one workout, except to lift my purse.
When it comes to R, well he decided to wait a little bit to start - like maybe a couple months.
He would like to lose some lbs first and the P90X dude said it's important to eat enough while working out so hard. He's just going to do light workouts 3x/wk while he focuses on eating healthy. He's been working ALOT, so eating healthy has been a chore. Now that he is eating healthy, I will be more apt to as well so that's good.
I feel like I don't really have a choice but to follow through because not only did I say I was going to, so I'm cheating myself if I don't, but at my age bone density is a really important thing and P90X will help increase my bone density.
That's what I'm telling myself anyway.
