Uh oh....my knees hurt.

Well, my knees are starting to hurt from the jumping and twisting. Years ago, Tae bow did the same thing to my knees. My knees don't usually give me problems so I knew it was the Tae Bow back then and it's the same thing now. The pain I am feeling is not a pain I've had before, so I know it's the Turbofire.

As I posted before, I didn't wear shoes so the pads of my feet were hurting just a little bit - enough to remind me to put some shoes on. Well, I think the lack of shock absorbers is also making my knees mad. I am not on Ibuprofen just yet, but that'll be my next step. Shoes first, then ibuprofen - if that doesn't work, I'm done with Turbofire. I can't hurt my knees with an exercise DVD when I enjoy biking and running outdoors more.

Also, it's bugging me just a little bit that I'm never sore. I was sore all the time with P90X. I know it's more of a cardio workout, but on the CORE day and the SCULPT day, it was strength driven not cardio driven and I still wasn't sore.
I think at this point, the jury's out on Turbofire.
