Weekly update:

Spent the week hoping the contractor would come to finish the wall....no luck : (     Yes, this is a dilemma that I hope will work itself out.  We'll keep you posted.

We are busy painting exterior trim and had both cabinet companies come out to measure to make sure we measured correctly.  Still haven't decided who we are going with and what doors we are ordering because we still like the doors from a 3rd company that just won't budget on their price.

I am doing my due diligence to find another rep from this cabinet maker to see if he can drop the price. I pray we get lucky because the cabinets are by far the best for our house....sigh.
