-Comcast Mash happened 8/29/14
-Called Comcast 9/2/14 (after holiday weekend) and they said a Supervisor would call me within 24 hours.
-NO CALL within 24 hours...or 48 hours.
-Called Comcast again 9/4/14 to see why I received no call within 24 hours.
Comcast said a Supervisor would call me within ONE hour.
-NO CALL within ONE hour... or 48 hours.
-Called Comcast (3rd time) on 9/9/14 to see why I received no call.
They apologized (as usual) and said they'd skip the "supervisor" route and schedule a "fix" appointment with Tech services for this week.
So we'll see IF they make it and then IF they can repair the mess without approval from a "supervisor".
