Year in nutshell!

This is all we've done on the house in one year since moving in!

• New Exterior siding
• New exterior paint
• New exterior trim
• Painted exterior door
• Planted 30 trees in backyard
• Thatched, aerated & reseeded front & backyard
• Enlarged entry wall (new steel beam & new drywall, texture and paint)
• New wood flooring in kitchen, family, living,& entry
• Re-configured kitchen
• New kitchen cabinets and island
• New appliances
• New countertops
• Painted 18' walls in living & family (3 coats) & entryway (4 coats)
• Painted 18' ceilings of living, family & entry (3 coats)
• Painted upstairs hallway ceiling (3 coats)

In the next few months.....

• replace and paint new downstairs baseboards (next on list)
• replace and paint new downstairs window/door casings (next on list)
• Dig up 30 trees (wrong kind) - (next on list)
• Replant new trees
• paint wainscoting with oil base paint
• completely redo downstairs bath - including flooring
• Paint rest of house interior
• replace and paint new upstairs baseboards and casings
• sand & paint all interior doors and door framing white
• replace all upstairs flooring 
• completely redo upstairs bathroom
• completely redo master bath
• DECORATE, DECORATE, DECORATE

No wonder we are tired!
