Today R had to ride 3 hours and didn't have enough time to go outside and ride, so he decided to spin. Yes, incredibly boring unless you have some inspiration.
Thankfully the 2010 Paris Roubaix bike race was on TV at the exact time R was spinning. This is a bike race in Paris that is considered the hardest race on the body. This is because the race is ridden through the city streets which are mostly cobblestone with many potholes in the rode.
Even the most seasoned racers crash throughout the day due to the roads.
