Ok so I was NOT happy when I realized I had yet another flat tire even though I pulled out my cell phone to video tape myself. That was my way of "working through it". To be completely honest, I'm still a little gun shy about changing my intertube since the last one exploded on me. I'd rather be at home with an explosion than on a trail.
I WAS happy that it wasn't raining, it wasn't getting dark yet, and I was wearing my sport skirt so that my bike shorts were covered while running. Those shorts are bad enough on a bike, can you imagine running in them?
