Due to R's small injuries and the 4 weeks he had to take off to nurse them, there's a new plan. Here it is....

in September to get ready for the......
in Tempe, AZ in October.
This half ironman is a USA Triathlon sanctioned event just like the Lake Stevens half ironman, but it will be flat and will be a bit warmer.
R's family lives in AZ and we have a few friends that just moved there, so hopefully he'll have a a few supporters on the sidelines. I'm not going to be part of a team this time around, but I'll be a good supporter. Hmmmm, somehow that just sounds a little funny ;)
