So first let me say, the creator of the turbofire exercise program moves really fast. I chose the "new to DVD" choice since I've never done her choreography and wow, she was still fast.
R came home from work in the middle of my workout, so I lost my focus and kept messing up. Yes...I was a little self-conscious with someone watching me when I had no idea what I was doing. After about 5 minutes, I noticed he was reading the mail, so I was able to get into the groove again.
I guess it's good because learning choreography fast will fire the "learning dance moves" neurons in my brain that haven't been used in awhile.
Brain AND body will get a workout...
and that deserves some M & Ms.
