NEXT ON THE AGENDA....finish up triagular wall and EXTERIOR PAINT!!
First let me say that we did not want to paint the exterior of the house. The paint job was fine, but the inspector found that the house had LP siding and although the previous owner received the settlement, he opted to just paint the house and not replace the siding. Needless to say, 3 sides of the house had to be replaced (the front is cedar siding and brick). Since we had to paint, we thought we'd lighten up the house color, so we are painting the entire house.....ourselves!
We want to save the money by doing it ourselves so that we can spend it INSIDE the house.
We painted our last house ourselves, however the roof wasn't near as steep, so this is going to be a challenge!

Oh and don't think there were only 3 paint choices.
After the original 4 above (3 colors and one trim color), there ended up being
1, 1a, 2, 2a, 2ab, 2abc, 2A, 3 (trim), 4, 4a.
Nope, nothing is easy and thankfully the Home Depot paint reps have been great to work with.
