R went to the Triathlon expo yesterday and came back with goodies.
I'm going today with my teammates.We also have to turn in our bikes at the transition area today, so it feels REALLY real - pretty much like this is really happening.
Rick said that at the race briefing yesterday they said we have to bike on the right side - yikes...what about my zig-zagging up the hill strategy?
I'm not sure if I should ask if it's allowed or just do it and hope for the best. I don't want to be penalized, but honestly.....I can't go straight up the big hills due to having to keep my heartrate at a certain level (Drs orders).
I'm getting NERVOUS, R's getting excited.
