So I'm the new General Contractor and the first job needed to be completed was the floor.
Thankfully the "flooring guy" that came over to help me with the stain had an opening and he was able to take the job. He had two helpers and wow, they work HARD!!!
In 3 days, the fireplace areas that were done incorrectly were repaired, other issues were repaired that the flooring guy noticed as incorrect installation, the floor was sanded, wood putty was spread, floor was sanded again, stain was applied, 2 coats of top coating was applied which included sanding in the middle. The job was done!
Wowee!!!!
